It’s 10:00 p.m. on a Saturday night. Occupants return home to find the water heater has ruptured and flooded their unit, possibly others as well. Chances are, the occupants need immediate attention! We also immediately contact those in need to advise them of anticipated arrival time, provide tips and procedures while our staff is mobilizing, and as important as anything, help take the anxiety away from all parties so that reasonable heads together can process all that needs to be processed.
